I had a fantastic experience with Dr Matthew Paonessa for my wisdom teeth removal, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the start, he made what could have been a stressful procedure feel completely manageable, and he even kept things light and funny throughout the whole visit, which I really appreciated. The extraction itself was quick, smooth, and far more comfortable than I expected. I barely felt a thing, and the whole process went by faster than I thought it would. His skill and precision were obvious, and he made sure I was relaxed and at ease the entire time. The post-treatment care was just as impressive. He and his team gave me clear instructions, checked in on my recovery, and made sure everything healed properly without any issues. The whole experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. I'm so grateful for the care and attention he brought to my treatment, and I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs wisdom teeth removed or any other oral surgery.

I had an excellent experience with my oral surgeon, Dr Matthew Paonessa, throughout my dental implant process. From the very first consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. His professionalism and expertise were clear at every visit, and the procedure itself went smoothly with minimal discomfort. He and his team were incredibly attentive, patient, and supportive, which made a potentially stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the care and precision he brings to his work. I feel confident in the treatment I’m receiving and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery or dental implants. MaryLou Baiocco

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted recently. Dr. Elias and all his staff were incredible! Kind, caring and extremely professional. Outstanding practice.

Appointments are always taken on time, shorter or equal to expected duration. Office staff are always polite, friendly, very efficient, and very competent. Dr. Paonessa is top-drawer in every respect. He is polite, respectful, and friendly. He is extremely competent - I think a master level. He is fast and accurate with his hands, xrays prove his work is perfect (and I have a good eye), and he is 100% open to explaining everything to the level I ask, which is deep. He is cautious with procedures for pain and risk of infection, seems just right - not too much, not too little. In fact, I haven't even had to take the pain medication after 2 implant procedures. I think his prices are mid-range, but don't know. Anyway, I'd rather not go for the "lowest bid" with my teeth! Btw, his prior work on my previous implant (doing my 2nd one now) has been perfect, no issues, lasted the test of time so far.

Look no further for an oral surgeon. No one looks forward to oral surgery, but Dr. Elias is not only a pro but makes you feel very comfortable, explains every step very clearly and patiently answers all your questions. After my initial consultation and before the procedure, I had questions and he took my call asap. The staff was super helpful, very professional and responsive. I can't say enough about my experience.
