Uhm had a really good experience at Manteca Smiles. Everyone there was super duper nice to me and it made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly also the Dr. Kaur was especially kind, and everything went pretty nicely. The office was clean and the whole experience was easy. I’d definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at Manteca Smiles. The entire team was kind, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's experience during his appointment was very disappointing. The entire visit felt rushed from start to finish, and he was in pain and visibly uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Rather than taking the time to make sure he was okay or explain what was happening, it felt like the focus was on getting through the appointment as quickly as possible. We understand that medical appointments can be busy, but taking a few extra moments to check on a patient's comfort and address their concerns can make a huge difference. He left feeling like his pain and discomfort were overlooked, and the overall experience lacked the care and compassion we were hoping for. I hope this feedback encourages a more patient-centered approach in the future.
