Marathon Family Dentistry is a top notch place. The appointment I experienced was timely and comprehensive. I had a gold onlay that was made almost 30 years ago which had a rough edge. It needed to be polished and my teeth needed to be cleaned. The hygienist was excellent, my teeth feel so much better. The dentist took his little stone, and rubber point and polished my gold filling back to its luster and smooth surface. I highly recommend this dental office.

I had Michelle as my dental hygienist. I've been going to the dentist for decades. This is the first time I've had the 1-5mm dental probing explained to me. It reveals the health of your gums and if there are areas of potential concerns. I had a couple of "4's" and even one "5". I brush and floss twice a day, so I was surprised and disappointed to learn I was missing a couple of areas due to the angle of my toothbrush. But I so appreciate learning which teeth needed extra attention. What is the point of the dental probing if the results are not shared with the patient so they are aware and can take corrective action?!? Thank you for your attention to detail, Michelle! As a retired nurse, I also appreciated her taking the time to discuss the pros and cons of several toothpastes, how to target areas of concern, and even the role probiotics can play in the health of gums and teeth.

5* practice! Very friendly, warm welcome coming in door. I needed a bite plate and Dr explained thoroughly what all it involved. Dentists in the past used to just come in, inspect all the work the Hygienist did and scoot back out. I just love how they take the time with you and make sure you leave without questions or concerns! Thanks everyone!

I had the most wonderful experience yesterday! I called in the morning and they got me right in. I’ve neglected going to the dentist and after yesterday’s appointment I will not neglect it again. They were so caring and gentle. Answered everything I asked. Highly recommend!
