Everyone was so extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist really took their time to get to know me and my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all at any point. I was free to ask any questions, and I’d get detailed responses and clarity. I have a paranoia about dentist selling me things I don’t need. I trust them completely. They not only tell me what’s wrong, but show me exactly what they’re talking about. I’m very happy with my experience as someone who avoids the dentist. Could not recommend a better place.

There is no better dental practice! Dr McConnell always goes above and beyond and in this case, I had an emergency an he and his staff fitted me in immediately! 10/10 customer service and they are the most compassionate and caring professionals. Thank you Team!

Marin Modern Dentistry is the best dentistry I have ever experience with. I have been with Dr. Gruhler the past two years, I’m 72 years old with not good teeth. Dr. Gruhler did tooth extraction, stud the nail, and put the new tooth on the past one+ years (they even helped me to extend time for more insurance coverage ) for me. Their price is amazingly good! Their staff are very gentle, kind, and friendly. They have offices in both Novato and Mill Valley. If you are looking for dentistry, I recommend Marin Modern Dentistty to you without reservation.

Careful with them!
My insurance didn't cover their portion of the estimate i was given. I had no idea this happened. A couple of months later, i get an email from this office that my account is being forwarded to collections.
What upsets me is not that the estimate they showed me on the service day was incorrect but the tone of the email and in the way in which they tried to collect. They lied that they sent multiple messages and emails to me and even threatened me to get paid!
Horrible place, please be careful!

Had a great visit at MMD, as always! The equipment is modern which makes dental treatments less painful and quicker, and the staff is AMAZING! Dental Hygienist Louisa gave me one of the best cleanings that I can remember in a long time!
