Such a great experience! The staff was very courteous, understanding, professional and personable. Dr. Lavin was great at explaining the procedure (before and during), the consultation was a huge help and he made sure to take the time to answer all of my questions (before and after). I couldn't have asked for a better experience overall!!

I just had my first periodontal procedure with Dr. Lavin yesterday. He and his staff were very concerned that I felt no discomfort and continued to inject numbing medication as the procedure went along. I never felt a thing. Dr. Lavin explained everything before, during, and after the procedure. As of today, I’ve had no pain whatsoever. Dr. Lavin’s bedside manner is excellent. I’m a big fan.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today and it was actually a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a hello! Dr. Mark and his assistant, Heather, felt like good friends throughout the entire process. Everything was well explained at every step, from unusual sounds to what to expect next. I really don't think it could have gone any better! Dr. Mark likes to hum and sing while working. Not only is it pleasant and soothing, but it's a nice distraction from the other sounds going on. You can tell he enjoys his work and it shows in his attention to detail! Thank you very much to you and your team for taking such great care of me!

Daughter had two root canals at the same time. Dr. Lavin was amazing! He is very caring and funny. He even called her the next day! Best dental experience we have ever had!
