had high expectations for Maryland Oral Surgery Associates in Rockville after reading so many positive reviews about Dr. Robinson and Dr. Itani. The office itself was very clean and well-organized, and the front desk staff were respectful and professional, which made for a great first impression.
However, my experience with Dr. Steven Kishter was extremely disappointing. He arrived an hour late to my appointment and was rude, unprofessional, and pushy during our interaction. I felt uncomfortable and confused, as his communication and attitude toward me were unnecessarily harsh.
The experience was upsetting enough that I initially considered reporting the incident to the board. Ultimately, I decided to extend some grace, but it speaks to how negatively I was impacted.
After the appointment, I spoke with the office manager, who was polite and handled the situation professionally. Although I initially scheduled another appointment with a different doctor that same day, I ultimately decided not to return. Given the cost of the procedure, I did not feel confident moving forward with a practice where I experienced such disrespect from one of the providers.

This place truly saved me, and I can't thank them enough. Everyone on the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Dr. Amir, who was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and made my wisdom tooth extraction completely painless.
I was in unbearable pain all night and, at 32 weeks pregnant, I was desperate for help. After being turned away by several dental and oral surgery offices in Frederick and Hagerstown because they had no same-day appointments, the Rockville office was the only one willing to help. The front desk staff understood my situation and got me in the same day.
From start to finish, I was treated with kindness and respect. I will always be grateful to Dr. Amir and the entire team for taking such great care of me during such a stressful time. I highly recommend this office and I am going to refer as many people as I can.

I came in for my wisdom tooth removal appointment feeling extremely nervous, but Dr. Stark and his entire team made the experience so much better than I ever imagined. Everyone was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. I was taken back right away for X-rays, and Dr. Stark came in for a thorough consultation, answering all of my questions and concerns with genuine care and attention to detail.
Because of a previous traumatic experience with an awake wisdom tooth removal at another office, I chose twilight sleep anesthesia. The procedure was quite literally the blink of an eye. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and when I opened them, it was already over. I couldn’t believe it!
I felt 500 times better than I expected. I walked out laughing with my friends and feeling completely like myself. It’s only day one, but I’ve had absolutely no swelling or pain whatsoever.
Thank you, Dr. Stark and your wonderful team, for turning something that caused me so much anxiety into such a positive experience. I honestly wouldn’t mind going through it again if I ever needed to. I highly recommend this office to anyone feeling nervous about having their wisdom teeth removed!

MOSA has been outstanding! The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They made us feel comfortable every step of the way and took the time to ensure we fully understood the procedure and what to expect.

I’m glad I chose this place for my wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone was very helpful and nice, from front desk to medical assistants. I had Dr. Amir Itani as my surgeon and he was very nice, thorough, and reassured me that everything will go smoothly. Thank you guys for taking care of me. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
