We’ve had such a positive experience at Maryland Sedation Dentistry so far. My daughter is currently here for a dental procedure, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how kind and supportive the entire team has been.
From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff—especially Elena and Molly—were incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process, which really helped ease any anxiety.
The facility itself is very clean, modern, and clearly designed with kids in mind. There are plenty of thoughtful touches to help children feel comfortable and at ease, which makes a big difference for both kids and parents.
Overall, the staff’s professionalism and genuine care have made this experience so much smoother for our family. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rosacker and his tech Katie were amazing. Made me part of the care plan without hesitating. If I had issue or needed something Dr Rosacker worked out hand signals that were clearly understood. Their professionalism was amazing, not to mention their kindness. This has been by far the best experience at a dentist office ever in my life. 5 stars is an understatement with how wonderful Dr.Rosacker and Katie were with my care. Everything was well explained, and thought out. Would recommend the office and these two specifically anytime to anyone.

Elena was a huge help with scheduling my sedation appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. She was so patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel completely at ease and I’m really grateful for all of her support.

Dr Avillo and his team took excellent care of my brother who has special needs. The scheduling coordinator Elena was very detailed and walked me through the insurance and administrative process with patience and attentiveness. My brother was very pleased with the service and stated he liked Dr. Avillo and his team and would highly recommend them.

This is my first experience with the Maryland Sedation Dentistry and Surgical Center.
I am grateful for Elena who coordinated my daughter's procedure. She has been kind and professional in making this process effortless.
My daughter, who has cerebral palsy, will have the best care. I have complete confidence in her surgeon, Dr. Andrew Avillo.
We are fortunate to have a surgical center with a professional staff with such reputable doctors to serve the disabled community.
