I called to ask for pricing after noticing that the estimated prices listed on the website are from 2022 and appear to be outdated for certain procedures. I was told that pricing cannot be discussed over the phone, which was confusing since estimated pricing is already publicly available online.
When I asked for clarification, I was told pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis, which is understandable in some situations. However, the specific procedure I inquired about is not covered by insurance and is typically quoted as a flat rate or per quadrant. I was not requesting a treatment plan, only an updated price estimate.
Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was repeatedly told that pricing could not be discussed over the phone. If this is truly the policy, the website should be updated to reflect this and outdated pricing should be removed. Additionally, it would be helpful if front-desk staff were better equipped to explain pricing policies and services offered.

I had a fantastic experience with Donna! From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely at ease. Incredibly gentle during the cleaning but still very thoroughI left feeling like my teeth had never been cleaner. What stood out was how informative and caring she was, taking the time to explain everything and offer helpful tips for better home care without being pushy. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole visit enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who truly cares about their patients' comfort and dental health. I have been using Donna for years now and have recommended her to everyone.

Donna is an amazing dental hygienist! She is incredibly caring and gentle, making sure I am comfortable throughout all of my appointments. Her attention to detail and professionalism are top-notch, and she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and always strives to provide the best customer experience possible. I’ve heard such great things about Dr. Max Arocha’s dental office and knew I had to check it out for myself. The team has an amazing reputation for being friendly, professional, and making every visit comfortable. I’m especially excited to book my teeth cleaning with Donna, one of their top dental hygienists. Everyone raves about how gentle and thorough she is—and how she makes cleanings actually enjoyable! Can’t wait for my appointment!
