I had an exceptional experience at the McCawley Center for my pinhole surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel at ease. Their professionalism and genuine care stood out every step of the way.

Dr. Thomas McCawley and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. What meant even more was the personal wellness call I received from Dr. McCawley after my surgery—it truly showed his dedication and commitment to his patients.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well cared for, and this team goes above and beyond. I highly recommend the McCawley Center to anyone considering pinhole surgery—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Had a wonderful experience getting treated at McCawley with outstanding results. I want to specifically call out Brittany for the amazing support she provided during a months-long issue with my insurance company. Without her continued assistance and commitment to solving the issue, it would never have been resolved. Really amazing to have a provider where the quality of medical care AND patient service are top notch.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Masterclass in Patient Care!
I cannot recommend Dr. Tom McCawley and his incredible team enough. From my very first consultation, I knew I was in the right place. I have been suffering from severe gum recession, which has caused painful pockets, bleeding, extreme sensitivity, and a lot of discomfort.
During my initial visit, Dr. McCawley and his staff were thoughtful, generous, and incredibly patient. He took the time to educate me, gave me a mirror, and walked me through every single problem area so I completely understood what I needed. Afterward, his staff gave me a clear breakdown of the costs and exactly what to expect on the day of surgery. Brittany and Nicole have been absolute rockstars, constantly keeping me updated regarding my insurance (even when our insurance carrier dragged their feet). Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is something insurance companies should be modeling!
The level of care only got better from there. Dr. McCawley called me himself the day before my surgery to see if I had any questions. On the day of the procedure, Dr. McCawley and Maria, the hygienist, kept me completely comfortable and explained every step of the way. To top it all off, I received a phone call and flowers from Dr. McCawley later that afternoon.
Genuine, empathetic human interaction is such a forgotten skill in today’s world. I truly wish Cigna and other medical providers would take a page out of Dr. McCawley’s book. They treat you like a person, not just another insurance claim. You have gained a lifelong patient and an absolute fan—even though you are out of my network! Thank you all so much

I am always thrilled to see Dr McCawley and staff. Today, I received amazing news regarding the progress and gum growth for a front tooth and back molars! When I first started with Dr MCCAWLEY- (seven months ago) other medical professionals (dentals and specialists) recommended extraction of my font tooth due to the condition of the tooth, the impact on my adjacent tooth and gum health. Dr McCawley successfully performed LANAP Surgery to address my periodontal disease, deep pocket formations, and teeth mobility! I am so blessed and grateful to share that the procedures were successful and my front teeth are here to stay and my gum health has been restored. I am so blessed due to I was facing extractions, and replacement teeth! I am so blessed and grateful to have Dr McCawley and I want to give amazing KUDOS to Shannon, the hygienist. Shannon is thorough but gentle, knowledgable, and insightful- and reassuring that healthy gums are possible with consistent care! I love Dr McCawley, Shannon, and staff - they are truly making a difference in the smiles saved ! I am so Blessed to have found McCawley Center for Laser Periodontics.
