The staff and assistants were a delight. I felt comfortable and welcomed. The Doctor Mr McDonald was very understanding with my concerns. He answered all my questions and gave me detailed answers. The procedure from intake to discharge was very relaxed and caring. I had 6 teeth removed surgically and extracted. My aftercare was explained and simple. The next day I had very little swelling or bleeding. I highly suggest going to McDonald Oral. I am extremely happy with everyone there!! I always was scared of the dentists but felt good going in and coming out, also the days after! Thank y'all so very much!!!!

I came in for emergency surgery of which I found out right before it to be done. Dr. McDonald and his team eased the news to me in a way that did not make me nervous.
Dr. McDonald has a wonderful bedside manner and he is very thorough. Sydney Ragin was with me from beginning to end and her personality and gentleness was tops.
They all made a potentially frightening scenario into an easy process. I would recommend this practice to all.

Medical team are the best. After the procedure, they assured me I could call if I had any questions or problems.
The office staff is also very professional and personable.

Very prompt, professional and personal service from the clinical staff. The clinical nurse and Doctor made me felt so relaxed. I felt like they really cared and were very sensitive to my needs!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!
