I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I initially went in for a tooth that was said to need a crown. After the procedure, I experienced significant sensitivity and had to return multiple times to report the issue. At each visit, I clearly expressed my concerns, yet I did not feel that they were properly addressed. I was later told that the tooth became damaged “after the fact.” I strongly disagree with this explanation, as I had no prior damage or ongoing issues before the work was performed. This response felt dismissive of my experience and concerns. Dr. Ivy Wyatts was not my original provider, and it appears that patients are redirected to her when they are not receiving higher-cost procedures, such as implants. Unfortunately, Dr. McLemore now seems to focus only on those types of procedures. In my experience, the office appears to prioritize financial matters over patient care. Payment is required upfront before services are rendered; however, when concerns arise afterward, there seems to be little willingness to accommodate or resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. I did not feel heard or valued as a patient, and decisions seemed to be made without truly listening to my concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this office. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and properly cared for throughout their treatment process.

I had an amazing experience at McLemore Dentistry! Lexi did such a great job on my cleaning—she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The entire McLemore Dentistry staff is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I had my cleaning appointment with Abigail today. She was excellent! This was my second time with her cleaning my teeth and she put me at ease. Despite running a little behind, she kept me posted of the delay. She understood my fear of dentists and was extremely patient with me. Thankfully I had no cavities and no issues. I would recommend Abigail for anyone looking for a empathetic person to clean their teeth. She is very understanding......

Absolutely great experience. The staff is friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. April was kind and considerate during my cleaning. It was a pleasure having her do my cleaning. Dr. Watts is the best hands down. I don't have the words to express how great she is. If you don't know her, you should!

Just went by to let Lexi Varner clean my dentures and check my implants.While talking with her I decided to let her do a reline on my top plate. 45 minutes i was walking out . It is like I have a new top plate . First time in 20+ years i have not glued my dentures. You owe it to your self to go by and talk to them. The staff is REMARKABLE. I owe a special thanks to Levi .
