I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front staff was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The assistants were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Dr. McShane was truly outstanding—thorough, kind, and skilled. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide top-notch care.

I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom teeth taken out, but I truly don’t think I could’ve had a more positive experience. Everyone at this office is incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They all have great communication and you can tell they all really care about making sure you are comfortable and have a successful recovery. They provided great instructions beforehand and for the afterwards as well, and answered any questions I had/took the time to check my mouth after the surgery whenever I was nervous about the recovery. I highly recommend this place! I had zero issues.

Everyone here is so kind and professional. No one pressured me into getting anything done, and their billing is super straight forward. They list everything they are giving you and the costs, which most places don't do. I was glad to get both laughing gas and iv sedation. It made everything go super quickly and smoothly.
I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Surprisingly I have an appetite, am able to talk, and not too too much pain just 7 hours later. This seems better than most people who get all 4 out in one go, so I feel like they did a good job. Haven't needed to take any of the prescribed narcotics yet. They also let me leave with ice packs that wrap around your head, as well as a ton of extra gauze.
Everyone was very kind to me before operation, and they made me feel calm despite my high anxiety surrounding the procedure. I forgot her name, but the lady assistant who helped me to the car after the surgery was so amazing throughout every step.
Overall, I'm very happy I went with McShane. Only con might be the 30 minute extra waits in the waiting room, but maybe it's just because they are giving other patients exceptional care. I'm very satisfied with my procedure and would recommend McShane to anyone.

Dr McShane and staff are so professional and kind. I have had several extractions by Dr McShane and he is very understanding and gentle. I highly recommend this clinic for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Got my Tooth removed and everyone there was very kind the entire time. I was very scared going into this appointment but by the time the tooth was removed I had no pain or fear. They were all very reassuring, and everyone made me feel calm. They did an amazing job and I don’t have as much pain as I thought that I would.
