My first appt with them was an emergency and they had never seen me before and offered to come in and open the office early the next day to get me seen. I followed up and got X-rays and consult done today and everyone I came into contact with was knowledgeable and so very kind. I’m so grateful that I found them and appreciate them coming in early to get me seen and taken care of. The dentist and the rest of the staff are truly amazing.

All of the staff, including the doctor were down to earth and made you feel very comfortable. They turned an unpleasant experience (getting a crown) into a not so bad experience. I would definitely go back.

I think this is best dental office out there. The dentist does what he can to make you feel as comfortable as possible for your procedure. He’s a really good person as long with a great staff. Ty

Horrible, horrible customer service. My 19-year-old son just went there because We were told that it was in network with his insurance by this office. When he got there He was hit with the bill for $160 that we were not expecting because apparently an x-ray and Cleaning is $500!!!!!!! When I called to ask questions, the woman was extremely rude and said” Well, I told him that we weren’t in at work” I said he did not know what that meant. Definitely feel like they took advantage of this situation.

Dr unwilling to file claim with my insurance so I had to pay 2623.00 up front now they're sending another bill which my insurance says is not billable. Too expensive and expecting people to have to pay upfront is not right. I'm retired and on a fixed income and pay for supplemental insurance. The insurance told me the office has signed an agreement with them and agreed to fees per the plan. Now they want me to pay what the insurance declines and states is.not valid.
