"What idiot did this" These were the words I heard from my current dentist regarding previous work Melton did on my teeth. Melton convinced me to replace metal fillings with composite material because "metal fillings are toxic". I agreed and went through the procedure. He then suggested that it would be best to just do a crown on the tooth which I didn't do. Fast forward, my current dentist discovered that Melton put composite on top of the metal filling without first removing the metal filling and the two materials are incompatible. Avoid this practice at all costs.

If minus ten stars is an option, then Melton dental gets it .Red flags everywhere. Any dentist that can take a new client in the next day should arouse suspicion. Did not disclose their procedure which is designed to keep you coming back. Hygienist was not there to perform their requirements. Drove 90 miles one way only to walk out, as receptionist was so friendly it was sickening fake. Should have read reviews before making appointment. No other customers, it was sad. In my opinion Melton dental was geared toward profit, and not patient care. A good number of reviews was Melton dental patting themselves on the back, and talking about how good they were. I'm so sorry for them.

This was the best customer service I have ever had! My son was getting senior pictures this weekend and was supposed to get teeth whitened Friday. A staff member got sick so need to reschedule, but Dr. Melton called a staff member (Lenny (who was amazing)) see if there was anyway someone could come in on Saturday. They came in on their day off to whiten my sons' teeth! She was so kind, excellent customer service, made us feel welcome! We will be back, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Melton Dental!

My first visit and what a great experience; despite the complexity of enhancing my smile and being in the chair 2 1/2 hours! Dr Melton snd his staff are top shelf. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I’ll post before and after photos when my dental work is complete.
