I was not a previous patient of theirs, so I wasn't expecting much when I called, but everyone was so nice. They were able to get me in within a few days. I don't have insurance and they were transparent with me and were able to give me prices before any work was done. They also offered financial options I could apply for. I was super nervous and everyone was really supportive. The assistant even offered to hold my hand. When it was decided I needed an extraction, they were able to do it same day and got everything done quick and easy. I will definitely be returning to them for any further work going forward.

Dr. Kim is a very thorough, caring, gentle dentist. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists, and Dr. Kim is absolutely wonderful, put me at ease right away. His office staff is one of the friendliest, you can't imagine how refreshing that is. Anyone looking for a new dentist should tryout this office, I'm so happy I did, plan to continue for many years to come. Thank you Dr. Kim and all of your staff for putting me at ease and making my experience one I'm very grateful for.

What a blessing. The office staff , and manager. dental assistants and dentist were so great! And thats important because I really have a hard time at dentist office (anxiety). Everyone, was professional and kind , I haven't felt that comfortable at a dentist office in years. A real blessing

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Kim at Dr. Ortega‘s office and we both had crowns and it was a pain free experience which is not something I can say for many Dentist that I’ve seen over the years. They are very professional and thorough with our dental needs. Thank you so much for being understanding when I felt a bit anxious before the needle arrived.

i was in so much pain because of a pervious dentist. i just had a molar extraction, it was quick, fast, painless and carful and caring! I feel so much better, amazing work.
