I want thank the staff at Mercy Health Dental for awesome work from start to.finish! I arrived there 730am in so much pain I could barely speak.... they were efficient, caring, and all around super! They explained everything every step. I had never been there. I have no insurance so I didnt know how it would be for me. It was amazing how they helped me for 20 dollars..The Dr & hygenist I cant remember their names, I was in so much pain, but when I say they both were gentle and amazing! She worked hard my 2 teeth
were.broke off really really bad and stubborn to come out! She got them though and I left out restored!! Back in my car pain free by 1030am!!! WOW KEEP HELPING PEOPLE!!!

This place is a joke no customer service. Told so many things. Was told to fit in between schedule appointments. But how are suppose make an appointment wh3n no one answers the phone or call u back. Also was told I cant sit in the clinic lobby. I have st in main lobby of the building. Been here since 730 no one has came to get me, yet. Don't waste ur time. As a walk in I get it. But have some customer service skills. Fit me in in between patients with appointments and u know u have walk ins schedule con do better. Im about leave and go somewhere else. Not even worth one star. No wonder why most ppl dont want to come here. Wait and nastiness of office personnel. I will be keeping an eye out on my insurance they will not be billing me for a service I never receive

I was referred here by the mercy ER but I can tell you that it is a waste of time and after reading some of the reviews. I was skeptical, but you will be sitting there for 3 to 4 hours to be seen if at all and they make you sit in a waiting room Separate to that of the scheduled patients which has no TV and no heat .. just you and a bunch of people in dental pain

It may take tome but they are amazing.
Ive never been treated so kindly and they are not being commissioned to be kind.
Ive watchwd them go.through experiences with others that other dentists offices wouldn't know how to handle with grace, understanding and kindness.
If anything thr patients patience is the only thing I see needed.
Thank you for making me feel safe. Took 40 years to find a place I do.

They did a amazing job I had a tooth that was bad and my tooth ache is gone I wish i could go to them all the time
