I would highly recommend Meridian to anyone! From scheduling my appointment to completing it I had an excellent experience. I just recently had my first root canal as an adult. Dr. Francis and her assistant were EXCEPTIONAL. I was fairly nervous and they both put me at ease. Dr. Francis has excellent bedside manner and was very careful to explain every step and make sure I felt no pain at all!! Thank you so much for making something I thought would be challenging feel like a walk in the park!

Patient centered care, direct and supportive providers! Dr. Zielinski is clear, transparent, and takes the time to explain findings and recommendations in a way that is easy to understand. He also genuinely respects patient preferences and autonomy. If you have the opportunity to request a dental assistant, I highly recommend Milly. She worked seamlessly with the doctor while creating a calm, comfortable experience throughout the appointment. Meridian Endodontics is a great team for anyone looking for quality, personalized care.

Dr. Lisa Teel explained my gum grafting surgery in detail, she had an excellent bedside manner. Very friendly and compassionate. Her team was outstanding . Thank you Shannon, Brenna, Jayna, Emily, and the receptionist at the front desk that was so welcoming. A big thanks to Dr. Miriam Chung, the anestheologist, so competent and had the best personality! Lolly

I had an amazing time during my root canal process, and I was pretty nervous going into it. Not only was I treated very nicely during the procedure with Dr. Francis and James but by the amazing staff during the onboarding process. They make sure any worries and anxiety regarding the procedure is addressed to make sure you are most comfortable, they even throw in a movie watching option! Highly recommend you check out the Shorewood location for any endodontic procedures needed!!

I highly recommend Meridian. Lynn (front office) was kind and understanding when I arrived late due to traffic. I received treatment from Dr. Zielinski and Milly and they were great. Both were friendly and professional. I was made to feel comfortable and what little discomfort I did experience was acknowledged immediately and with care. Thank you to the all the staff for a positive experience.
