I'm not sure yet. Everyone is very nice here, but in the past six months I've seen some practices that I've never seen before. They discussed partial plates with me. They told me what my cost would be after insurance, so we went ahead, and I paid my portion. My insurance company denied the claim, so they keep sending a bill for the difference, which is close to $1,000 more than I was quoted, doubling the bill, which means they never made sure that my insurance would pay. To me, since it is such a large amount of money, it was negligent of them to not confirm payment from the insurance. I hope they don't expect me to pay that. It was not my failure. Then, we talked about a couple of implants. They took a $500 X-ray and told me they would call me to discuss what could be done. It's been about a month and I've heard nothing. I guess I have to call them. And then, last week I got an explanation of benefits from my insurance company from my last visit where I had a cleaning and X-rays that says are 100% covered, but there's still a $350 balance that insurance didn't cover. I've never had experiences like these before. It's making me worry. I'll post a follow up when everything is settled.

I recently moved to the area and, as someone who is very particular about dental care, I was initially quite skeptical. However, this office exceeded every expectation. During my initial visit, they performed the most comprehensive exam I’ve ever had, including detailed gum recession measurements.
They immediately identified that a tooth I’d had sensitivity in for a long time required a root canal—something my previous dentist had completely overlooked. They were able to schedule the procedure immediately, and it was entirely painless.
What impressed me most was the efficiency and cost. Unlike my last experience where I had to visit multiple specialists, they handled everything in-house. With my insurance, the total for the root canal and crown was around $800; at my previous office, that same work cost me $1,200 and several different appointments.
The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They are booked about 6 months out for cleanings (which meant I missed my December appointment), but because their initial exam was so thorough, I feel completely confident waiting. Highly recommend if you want a dentist who doesn't cut corners!

I had my teeth cleaned with Ashley. She is always so bubbly and friendly. I look forward to having her clean my teeth! And she does a fabulous job!

Love Merit Dental. Staff is super friendly and professional. My hygienist is the greatest. Dr. Nick is so nice and down to earth. Highly recommend.

Ashle is great. Very caring. Makes you feel comfortable. Had a large set of X-rays which can be slightly painful, but she made it go smoothly. I am very happy with her. Also, the two receptionists I had contact with were very nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Nick is the best. I never was the best patient when it comes to the dentist's office, but Dr. Nick is very caring and gentle. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
