I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere due to major problems with this clinic’s billing department.
Despite having double insurance coverage and receiving a pre-treatment estimate of about $1,000 for an upcoming procedure (which was based on my primary insurance coverage alone), I was asked to pay almost $1,800 upfront at the front desk. The explanation provided was simply, "We always take 30%," a policy that makes no sense when you have good insurance coverage and are an in-network patient.
To make matters worse, I had a credit on my account from a visit in August 2025—nearly five months ago—which they failed to refund. This delay actually put my medical debit card on hold! When I pointed out their oversight, the staff member casually agreed to "process it now." It's frustrating that this clinic sits on patient credits and asks for significantly more money than is owed just because of its internal policies.
To add to the frustration, the initial front desk staff refused to provide a clear explanation for the delay or escalate my concern, repeatedly trying to dismiss me. Only after persistent requests was I able to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor's response was flippant, stating it was 'policy' to manually process credits one by one. While she mentioned starting this year, they will be processing credits automatically. I’m not sticking around to put that to the test and will be looking for a provider with better business practices and more transparency.

I absolutely loved my appointment and I never say that about a dentist visit. Dr Tudor Stiharu and Kelly were so helpful and put my mind at ease. My procedure was painful as most dental procedures are, they were constantly checking if I was ok and explained everything as we went. I have had some bad appointments in the past year so I really appreciated how well this appointment went. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Stiharu and his assistants Cheryl and Kelly were amazing with my daughter’s extraction. They put us at ease through the whole process. My daughter stated she wants to go back to them for the rest of her extractions when the time comes. Highly recommend for your oral surgery needs!

Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The assistant was engaging and her educational skills were very helpful. The surgeon was professional and kept me updated to what was happening. I would highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

With everybody struggling with money I don’t like that you have to pay 30% before you leave. The service I received was excellent. Dr Staharo was very informative and helpful. His assistant was also great.
