If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! I had extensive gum grafting and an implant placed and my experience from start to finish was perfection. Professionalism, compassion, friendliness, and quality were woven into every encounter I had with this team. I met multiple staff along the way and every one of them were so kind and welcoming and genuinely made me feel at ease and cared for. The quality and outcome of the procedures Dr. Ficca did were amazing! He has a very gentle, calming demeanor which established immediate trust. I even had a quick encounter with Dr. Hall for a quick suture removal (after hours but necessary because I had trimmed the stitches too short snd they were uncomfortable). He happily drove into the office to assist me and while I was very apologetic that he had to come in on a Saturday, he reassured me multiple times that it was ok and he was so, incredibly kind. I can’t recommend this practice enough and am SO thankful I was referred to them.

Dr. Hall was wonderful! During my consultation he spent time carefully explaining the implant procedure and what would be happening during the following few months. The day of my procedure went smoothly and I had no pain during or following the implant. The office went over in detail the discharge paperwork and Dr. Hall called that evening to check on me. I had a two week follow up where he explained brushing for my implant and surrounding gums where he had also done surgery. I am very happy with my results and would definitely recommend this office for implant or gum surgery.

I have gone back and forth about whether to write this review, because I understand that complications can occur with any medical or dental procedure and I do not believe my experience reflects the typical outcome for most patients. In fact, initially I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hall and his office during my gum graft procedure in February 2025. I felt well cared for during the immediate surgery process. Unfortunately, during the procedure, I experienced a rare but extremely serious nerve injury that has profoundly impacted my quality of life over the past year. What initially seemed like postoperative healing concerns ultimately turned into months of specialist consultations, advanced imaging, diagnostic nerve blocks, insurance appeals, extensive travel, and evaluation by highly specialized peripheral nerve surgeons in New York City. One of the hardest parts of this experience has been that I do not think I fully understood the potential severity of what I was experiencing early on. Initially, I was reassured by the office that healing could take time, and because of that, I do not think I realized how significant the situation may have been until I began pursuing additional opinions from specialists. By the time I underwent further evaluations, the process had already become incredibly complex and overwhelming. I ultimately learned that the surgery required is extraordinarily niche and difficult to access, requiring surgeons with very specialized expertise after local options were exhausted. I fully recognize that rare complications can happen even under appropriate care, however what has been deeply difficult has been the lack of ongoing support, communication, and compassion I experienced while trying to navigate the aftermath of a life altering complication that became incredibly isolating and emotionally devastating. I also believe it is important for patients considering procedures like this to understand that while severe complications may be uncommon, they are possible, and the process of navigating them can completely change a person’s life. While the office was initially kind and supportive, I unfortunately felt that communication and support became increasingly limited as the complexity of the situation grew. I often found myself needing to send multiple follow ups for responses while trying to navigate an extremely overwhelming medical situation on my own. That lack of ongoing communication and compassion became one of the most difficult parts of the process. I truly wish my experience had remained the positive one I initially expected it to be, and writing this review was not easy. I simply felt that after everything this process has involved, it was important to honestly share my experience.

Dr. Hall did a phenomenal job with my crown lengthening procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Talia was incredibly sweet, and the entire team helped transform my smile. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the whole process!

Doctors and staff are friendly, personable and skilled! I had gum grafts done yesterday and have no pain after 1 day. All seems to be progressing nicely and the procedure was painless. Thumbs up!
