Went for decayed ba back tooth from my dentist office. It had to Be extracted. From the time I checked in to the time I left it’s a five star operation. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs oral surgery. Dr Ouano and Kayla were outstanding with a very anxious person and he even called me that afternoon to see how I was doing. You don’t see this kind of care much anymore. They are fantastic.

I’ve had a lot of dental procedures done in my lifetime, and must say that my experience this morning with Dr. Youseff and his team was probably the best I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and treated kindly the entire time I was there. I had an extraction and implant post done, and Dr. Youseff explained everything, making it a lot less stressful than expected. The whole practice is efficient and knowledgeable, and truly top notch. ~ Kathy C.

I had an excellent experience at Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates, and I want to highlight how professional, caring, and organized the entire team is. From beginning to end, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I want to give a special appreciation to Daniela, who took my X-rays. She was extremely attentive and explained each step clearly, making sure I understood what was happening. She worked carefully and patiently, and her kindness really stood out. I would also like to thank Dr. Youself, who was very kind and made me feel relaxed during my consultation. He explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, which helped ease my nerves. His calm and professional approach showed how much he cares about his patients. In addition, I want to recognize the dental assistant who helped during my visit. She was supportive, gentle, and made the process even smoother. Her presence added to the comfortable experience I had in the office. Overall, everyone I interacted with was exceptional. I highly recommend Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates—they truly deserve 5 stars for their outstanding service and care

Dr Wael Youseff is one of the worst Dentist I have ever dealt with. I was recommended to him by my family dentist Dr Aleid for 5 extractions and 2 implants. It was done on Friday afternoon. They were supposed to order pain killer and antibiotics which they did not. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I was without proper medication after 5 extraction and 2 implants. They did not even felt apologetic for the same. One of my family member was again recommended to him by Dr Aleid for extraction and implant. Giving him the benefit of doubt we went to him again. He did the implant and now after almost 8 months they installed the crown on it and since then she has tremendous pain on the tooth. He saw the patient today and said that the adjoining teeth has a crack, he also opened an old x ray and said this crack was there before the implant. REALLY! if it was crack before that then why did you not inform us then and recommend 2 implants instead of one. He also mentioned to the patient something which is very unrealistic and un professional. He mentioned that Dr's go and see a patient and tell them without any sympathy that you are suffering from cancer. He said your broken teeth is nothing in compare to that. He also said that even if she gets the second implant done still she should not chewy the rest of her life from those implant tooths. He is very negligent and irresponsible. If you knew that the adjoining teeth was cracked then why did he not inform us then. There cannot be an another better example of negligence. I would not recommend him for any treatment. They care least for the patient and their safety.

Today I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Ouano performed my surgery it painless and very fast. Monday explained all the post procedure instructions, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I’m very grateful they did an outstanding job. I recommend this practice to anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth removed. Thank you
