We had an appointment today and were very impressed with the experience. The staff was professional, and the doctor was both kind and extremely thorough in explaining everything. The office itself was also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Been a patient here for about three years. I have done minor filling and clean up, however, there has been a significant change with staff in the last year. Regular cleaning went from being detailed, 30-45 minute, to 15minute service. Before, Dr would go in detail about what you might be doing wrong or good with your personal cleaning. Looking for another Dentist!

Had to get my wisdoms removed and it was potentially pretty risk Dr. Ohannessian is an awesome guy. He took his time with me, since I have bad anxiety, explained everything in a calm tone and helped me get through the surgery safely and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable of many different kinds of scenarios. I thank him so much for relieving my pain and being an awesome dentist. Even the rest of the staff is calm, nice and patient. Will stay at this dentist till I move out of Cali!

please read the positive reviews. Why do they all sound a little too positive. It sounds to me that this dental office is writing its own reviews. No one is ever this super happy about a dentist. Even a dentist who does a great job, you never this happy.
I went to this place to get a bad tooth diagnosed. Come to find out, my insurance would not cover the procedure, so other payment options were explored. So to make sure that I didn't leave their office without them getting some kind of money out of my insurance company the dentist offered a "Deep Cleaning" that would be covered by the insurance. I accepted the cleaning offer. So I was instructed to take a seat in the dental chair and the dental hygienist tasked to clean my teeth proceeded to give me all of a 3 minute dental cleaning. This was the sorriest cleaning I've ever had in my life. This person took no time, no effort, his whole intention was to get me in and out as fast as humanly possible. I will never return to this establishment again. They're all about the money.

Do not go to this place!!! I left this place needing a root canal in one of my teeth. So one of my friends recommended this place and told me that they would accept our insurance. Well I make an appointment and the secretary says they do upon check in (mind you any medical practice you have been to they always check benefits before service). Dr Chung goes over my cleaning and then informs me that I have a crack in my filling, EVEN though I HAD NO PAIN. If I did have a crack in one of my fillings why did they not tell me that they just would monitor the crack since I have no pain. I checked the X-Ray by another dentist and they said they could NOT see a crack in the filling. So this was clear that this dentist was experimenting with my teeth and trying to get insurance money. When the anesthesia wore off I ate something and felt the worst pain ever. It did not go away for over a month and to this day I still have pain. Went to another dentist and they claimed that MGO dental drilled too close to the pulp of my tooth. Dr Chung never explained to me what the potential outcomes could be to replace a deep filling. Guess what? Dr Chung continues to want me to come in so he can re-due the filling. This cannot be done because he drilled too close to the pulp and it would exacerbate the need for the root canal. Last but not least, so I get a bill for $400 in the mail saying that I owe them because they do not accept my insurance. WOW! So I call the secretary and she gets smart with me and says I am supposed to know if they would have accepted my insurance. Please stay away from this practice. Bad all around. I almost feel like Dr Chung wanted to intensionally drill deep into my filling so he could try some procedure that he learned in school that will fix my tooth. STAY AWAY!

About Mgo Dental
MGO Dental in San Bernardino is a general dental practice that offers dental implants as one of several ways to help patients replace missing teeth, along with bridges and dentures. The office uses a digital 3D imaging system, the i-CAT x-ray machine, to help precisely determine where implants should be placed before surgery, which is meant to make treatment planning more accurate for patients considering this option.
Beyond implant dentistry, the practice provides a range of services including cosmetic treatments, restorative work, orthodontics, and preventive care, so patients can address other dental needs at the same location. The team notes that they aim to make visits comfortable and efficient, and they offer payment options such as CareCredit and Prosper Healthcare Lending to help make treatments like dental implants more affordable for patients without insurance coverage for the full cost.
