My son & I recently had to look for a new dentist provider that will accept our insurance after years of going to the same office. At first this news was disappointing because our office stopped taking our insurance, but I'm happy for the change since we are now patients at Michels & Gauquie. We could not be more pleased with their friendly staff and state of the art offices. We truly had the best first experience there and we're glad that we found a new one stop shop for all of our dental care đź’•

Steven was full of energy this morning! I loved how he gave a brief introduction about the upgrades the facility has. His customer service was excellent. Cindy my hygienist was so nice. She was patient, and very informative throughout my procedure. She was awesome! Mary was great as well with explaining the steps for my procedure. All the staff members were very welcoming.

Had a return visit this morning to have a healing periodontal abscess evaluated (x-rays and a CBCT). I was an unannounced walk-in as soon as they opened. I was immediately seen. Dr. Carter and his assistant (wish I could remember her name…she was absolutely fantastic) thoroughly examined the concern, advised me, and set my mind at ease. The facility is absolutely pristine. The front desk care was wonderfully friendly. Additionally, they were financially considerate. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Michels and Gauquie will always be my first choice for dental care!

Malorie has been my hygienist for close to 4 or 5 years now. She is such a wonderful person and amazing at her job! Every time I see her she is always invested in what is new in my life and as an expecting mother, she only does the necessary services that would not harm my baby! She is such a thoughtful person! I recommend asking for Mallory if you are ever looking for a new hygienist!

I haven’t been to this dentist since I was a child but I remember how lovely and cool it was. I returned on my own for a cleaning and upon entering— immediately greeted with a smile. Rachel, Ivy, Dr. Harris, everyone all so sweet and professional. Highly recommend! Beautiful office, great staff.
