Overall the staff here is very kind, friendly, welcoming and provides a very good level of care. Admin/Billing wise I will say I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the communication and lack of thorough information as to copays, payment options, and notifying expectations of those. I received my appt. reminder calls notifying of copay for my upcoming cleaning $378 - ok fine. But they failed to tell me they were only cleaning half of my teeth for that and sending me home half done with another appt. in a week to do the rest for that amount again. Not cool. I did express this disappointment ($ was not the point, it was leading me to believe I was getting a full cleaning and paying XX amount, when that was not the case), and they did write off partial of the next visit. Also asked several times about my payment expectations on invisaline with the response (we will let you know), then finally discussed with me the 3rd time. So they definitely need some work in that Dept. But again, the staff is pleasant, the services are great and thorough and the atmosphere is very accomodating and comfortable.

Dr. Bundy and her team are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with smiles and happy faces. They all take such good care of you and make sure everything is comfortable the entire time you’re there. Highly recommend

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bundy is amazing. She has such a calming presence and explains everything so well. They got me in quickly for a dental emergency and now I'm a permanent patient.

I had such a great experience at my dentist appointment today. It was a pleasure to finally find a dental team that is both patient and friendly. The atmosphere was amazing and really helped put me at ease. I had been fearful of going back to the dentist for years after a traumatic experience, but this visit completely changed that for me. I truly feel like I’ve found my new dental home—and for the first time in a long time, I’m actually excited to go back for my next visit!

I was not a patient here until today. These people are EXCELLENT. I have severe anxiety along with IBS and no insurance. They have discounts and the price was reasonable. I had a very infected tooth that needed to come out. They got me and the tooth out lickity split with no pain. I highly recommend this dental team.
