I highly recommend Mid America Oral Surgery and Implant Center for your tooth extraction needs. They exceeded my expectations as far as their care and compassion. There was never any pressure to have procedures which I was not comfortable. I experienced a couple of unexpected complications with my extraction. I appreciate the prompt and compassionate attention to evaluate and treat the issues. I appreciate the more natural remedies that are used in their office. Thanks to nurse, Riley and Dr. Batdorf for your excellent care.

Just simply excellent! They were able to get me in the same day. Everything was the best. The front office was very helpful. Lisa bent over backwards to help. I especially liked Dr. Batdorf taking his time with me explaining what was going on. Everyone there were very professional. Thanks to everyone there!

Dr Robert Batdorf did an excellent job.Very thorough and explained in detail about my vision tooth. He was concern about extracting the tooth at this time which I respected his opinions. I would highly recommend him for oral surgery.

The dentist and dental assistant were VERY kind and helpful. But the appointment maker/receptionist was VERY BAD!!! I called to make an appointment. Was unsure whether my wife (who was upstairs working upstairs in her office,) I asked the receptionist if she could give me a minute to holler upstairs to see if my wife could be off to be able to go with me (since I requested general anesthesia for the extractions. The receptionist was impatient, rushed me off the phone. I cleared the date with my wife, called back less than 5 minutes later, and couldn't get through for a hour or 2. When I was FINALLY able to get through... the available appointment was taken, causing me to scramble to come up with plan B. This occurred with the receptionist at The Columbia office. Luckily for me, the appointment maker/receptionist at The Ofallon office, was able to accommodate me, with my requested appointment date. Kudos to the receptionist at the Ofallon office, VERY BAD marks to the young lady at The Columbia office. Rude and unprofessional!

Dr. Botforf and his staff at the Columbia, Illinois location, did a wonderful job explaining the procedure, risks, and recovery instructions. They took the time to answer my questions. I am very happy with the care my daughter received.
