Let me begin by saying I do not like Dentists or Oral Surgeons however my pain exceeded my tolerance and my wife sought out Dr. Newab. The bedside manner of the staff was incredible. We talked about my career and family. The procedure involving wisdom teeth went well and I had to go back a month later to have some stragglers removed. They remembered some personal details as well. I highly recommend this establishment and the team.

When I called Mid-Maryland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to set up an appointment, the lady I talked to over the phone was very helpful and was able to accommodate my need for an appointment more quickly than I expected.
I had a problem that required a dental surgeon. Dr. Nawab is terrific. She is both skillful and kind. Dr. Nawab has an excellent demeanor and was able to fix my dental issue with skill. I greatly appreciate how she helped me.
The good doctor's assistant is named Denise. She is also kind and insightful. She asked me a few questions, put me at ease and got me ready for Dr. Nawab. I appreciated her straightforward approach, and good sense of humor. Denise is certainly an asset for Mid-Maryland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
My experience at Mid-Maryland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was highly favorable.

Dr Nawab and Tammy were incredible when we had an emergency. We had an unexpected infection that we needed immediate care with and Dr Nawab helped us get to a specialist, texting in fact to help us and give the team a heads-up we were on the way. We were able to get same day care from a specialist at UMD Center. Tammy called to follow up on us as well. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff as well. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience with this dentist office. My husband had to go to the emergency room because his face had swollen from infected teeth, and he was in a lot of pain. The emergency room doctor refused to call the oral surgeon in to help my husband and sent him home.
We called Dr. Nawab and they got us in right away. Dr. Zwack saw my husband and explained that he had a severe infection. They started him on IV antibiotics and put him to sleep to remove three teeth.
We are so thankful they saw us so quickly and took such great care of him. Everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate during a very stressful situation. We would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Our first time using this practice and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in until hrs after the procedure everything was done with the best intentions. We came from dc which is about an hr drive but it’s worth it. Everyone is very comforting and positive. Dr. Nawab was amazing explaining everything to us from beginning to end. On the day of my son getting his wisdom teeth removed everyone was extremely supportive. It took no time at all and we were back on the road within the hr. We even got a call hrs later checking on my son seeing if he was ok. If you need any major dental work done I highly suggest this place. Amazing people.
