First, I want to say everyone I dealt with or talked to were wonderful and very nice. Dr. Beckman was great but seemed hurried but I get it lots of people!! I am usually not a bleeder so the amount on my gauze was a little alarming for me but eventually stopped the first night. The 2nd day went well, I felt pretty good until 10pm then the tooth that was a harder removal I think started bleeding. I used gauze for 3 hours I called the after hour number which was a recording said they'd call but nobody did. I called another office in morning then around noon I got a call. It might not have been an emergency in their eyes but I was concerned or I would never have called. Just reassurance would have been nice. Over all though, great place. I wondered why no followup visits were scheduled found out, you can go most anytime at any location and have everything looked at, peace of mind. I named myself bug because I go to be sure everything is looking ok...unfortunately for me I am a slow healer I guess. Taking a little longer but doing well.

I took my daughter to the Charlotte office and they were FANTASTIC! From the front office staff to the clinical staff, they were all very pleasant, we had a lot of laughs during our consult. My daugbter has to have 4 wisdom teeth out and the definitely eased her mind after todays visit. 10/10 reccomend!

The staff was so nice and so patient. I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed but they walked me through every step of the process. Very reassuring and kind!

The Staff at Mid Michigan Oral Surgery is so friendly and professional. Both Dr Pack and his Assistant Ali were so kind and gentle and made my visit today very comfortable. I appreciate the wonderful care they provided me. I highly recommend them. Penny Cooper

I had the best experience with this office that all other dentist office I have visit. Dr Pack and his staff was wonderful and made me completely comfortable. Ther was no pain and the tooth was out before I knew it.
