Had recent molar extraction done by Dr Sean Pack. Great communication, personable & professional. Jenna, who assisted Dr Pack, was outstanding. Answered all questions before, gave calming guidance during, then thoroughly reviewed after-care steps with me. Office staff, Annie, was excellent, prioritizing this patient’s needs & ensuring my info was properly input to their system. Kind & caring. Highly recommend this office. Thank you all!!

Annie at Mid-Michigan Oral Surgery is absolutely amazing! She was kind, professional, and made the whole experience feel much more comfortable. She took the time to explain things clearly, answered questions, and showed genuine care throughout my daughter’s visit. I really appreciate how welcoming and reassuring she was. They treated me with the most care and kindness. They validated and treated me like a person, even without insurance, they got me in the very next day and the procedure was done carefully and quickly. They made sure through out the whole procedure to ensure my comfort. Thank you for ending the most excruciating pain and infection that has kept me miserable for months. I wish I reached out sooner. Dr. Pack was awesome. Tentative, direct and supportive through the whole process. The assistants and office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great experience given that it was not a pleasant procedure to have. I would recommend them any time. 10/10

Dana and Dr Pack were great. They removed a wisdom tooth in under 5 minutes and it was nearly painless. After the procedure, I was able to continue my day like normal. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
