The posted hours of the facility are clearly labeled. They don't close until 5:00PM. They closed randomly at 3:00PM on a Tuesday (I'm assuming because they're surgeries for the day were done). They did not give me exiting instructions for the patient. They did not answer the phone. I had to drive across town and go knock on the front door. Then I went to the pharmacy to find out they never sent the script. I went back and knocked on the door. Instead of opening the door politely like the kind lady did the 1st time, the male working there tried to talk to me through the door and seemed annoyed I was there. He clearly stated they were now closed (it was 4:15PM btw). Completely frustrating experience.

I was a patient at Mid-State Oral Surgery in Dickson, TN 6/29/26. Everyone at this office did an exceptional job, the receptionist, consultant, doctor, nurse, anesthesiologist (hopefully I didn't leave anyone out). I am someone who gets very stressed when going to the dentist. I had a very positive experience!! I highly recommend them. They did an amazing job!

I got 4 wisdom teeth and 3 molars pulled out on Wednesday. I went in all the staff was nice I was nervous but they made sure I was comfortable they answered all of my questions, got me hooked up to an iv and before I knew it I was in the car on the way home. It is the next day and I have very little pain so far. A nurse called me today to check in. Very great experience no need to be nervous! Highly recommended.

I had oral surgery yesterday at Mid-State and it was a great experience! 10/10 recommend them for any/all of your dental needs. I was anxious as most are and they made me very comfortable. The staff was professional and the visit was quick. They called today to check on me and were so pleasant and professional over the phone. I promise they will take good care of you and your family. Dr. McKenzie was very friendly and explained what they were gonna do and had great bed side manner.

They are totally the best! I needed an ER extraction on a Friday afternoon. They were so professional and nice. It means a lot, to me, when the whole office has a great attitude for their patients.
Today is Monday, they have called/texted twice to check on me..
they will be my recommendation to anyone needed in extraction or implants.
