Lindsey, Dr. Palmer, the technicians and the office staff are amazing.Relaxed atmosphere, highly skilled, professionally delivered services, made this potentially difficult journey possible. 20 extractions, upper and lower dentures, made me a healthier, happier man.....not to mention my new "killer" smile.I can't thank Midcoast enough. I would refer anyone to this business in a heart beat.

Went there to have a tooth added to my partial. Dr Young said it couldn’t be done and that’s why my dentist recommended her, so that she could give me the bad news. Had to order a new partial in order to have a new tooth near the front. (Tooth needed to be extracted) After four months of waiting finally the partial was finished and ready for pickup. I didn’t see the new partial until the next day because she had her hand around it when she placed it in my mouth. BUT the next day, when I was getting ready to put it in I noticed it looked different from my old one. She did not put a tooth in the back, when I questioned her she said Oh you really don’t need that tooth. I was totally shocked at her response. Then I got mad. “Who is she to decide if I need a tooth or not, that should have been my decision not hers. She never once mentioned that she wasn’t going to follow the outline of my old partial nor the bite impression she took. So angry right now that I could chew spikes and spit board nails. I would never recommend her or her business to anyone.

My first tooth extraction and it was a very good experience. Casey was friendly and helpful and Dr. Palmer made it totally pain free.

I made an appointment to get my tooth pulled and they got me in right away. Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing at what they do! I've never met so many sweet people in one place before, they listened to all my concerns and helped every step of the way. A calm and peaceful office, I promise you won't be scared to go to this dentist!

I have my smile back!! Midcoast Denture Design was wonderful to work with right from the consultation where all my questions were answered and my impressions were taken to the beautiful offices. Dr. Palmer did my extractions painlessly and he and his staff are friendly and calming along with being professional. From extractions I met with Lindsey and got my immediate full uppers and a partial lowers. Everything was explained from how to put them in correctly to how to clean them and I left with care products and written instructions. Well done! I had my teeth out and my first appointment in the Ellsworth office but because I live in the Bangor area they have made my follow up appointments at their Brewer office. Same great staff, same great service! I cannot recommend them enough!
