The best dentist that I've been to in my life Dr. Bob does the most wonderful job that every has done on my teeth everyone in my life compliments me on my smile. Anything is possible with your smile I learned about this here from one of my customers and I loved her simile She gave me the Dental Google page I then started the process and they work with you so much tremendously. Sherrie, I spoke with her today she gave me the best advice for whitening and she was very genuine I'm never changing dentists ever though I live in a different state it doesn't change because of major Dental insurance is accepted here I go mostly to make sure I feel in love with just how I see myself in the mirror.

He drilled on a live nerve because he could not get it numb. Then told me to quiet so other patients couldn't hear me because I was in pain. So unprofessional and just rude. They should have paid me not me paying them. No follow up on whether I was ok or anything.

One of the most fantastic experiences had at a dentist office that I’ve ever had had a dentist office. The staff is very polite and very cordial. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The dentist has 34 years experience and very knowledgeable in his particular craft and he’s willing to take on the tough cases. I would recommend this place to the most skittish of patients.

Be cautious before getting treatment here. My procedure (root canal & crown) was quoted at a specific price, in which I paid, and the day I finished the procedures, all the sudden the facility told me I owed an additional $700. It isn’t made clear at all that the price they initially give you could change. I am a very detail oriented person and gather all facts before consenting and getting any procedures done, so this took me by surprise and as a complete shock. I addressed this with the facility and they expressed that they did let me know the original price was just an estimate. This has no truth to it, as I was given a set price with even payment plan options (before they added on the additional $700 on my last visit which completed the treatments). The purpose for my review is to prevent someone who isn’t in a financial situation to pay extra money from experiencing the same thing I did. I mean no disrespect, but I believe the facility knows what they’re doing and doesn’t quote honest treatment prices. I even have dental insurance which the facility worked with before my price quote. If you don’t pay the extra money they attempt to collect after your treatment, they’ll put you in collections. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision, financially, before receiving treatment here.

Went to them for a new patient exam. Afterwards, they said that they had verified our insurance, and there would be no charge. I also went back for a small filling. A month later, I found myself with a $73 bill and in insurance hell. The dental office claimed that one thing had been denied, the insurance claimed it was something else. So, I will NEVER go back to them as I don't want to be billed for what should be covered.
