Highly highly recommend. If you’re very anxious with dental work, this is the place to go. They were very thorough in explaining each step in my wisdom teeth surgery, called the next day to check on me, and recovery is going great! Day 2 and no swelling, pain, etc! Everyone was extremely nice and gentle. Removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, I highly recommend Dr. Warden and his staff.

The entire staff at the office is wonderful. Very compassionate and professional. My three year old was seen and they loved on her so much. They took great care of her. I’m very thankful for Dr. Mark and Leslie for taking care of her at the surgery center. She said she wasn’t scared at all. And a big thanks to Paige for snuggling with her during the consult. This was a wonderful experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about this office! The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and set such a pleasant tone the moment you walk in. The nurse greeted me with a big smile, called me by name, and already knew the reason for my visit — which showed great communication within the team. Dr. Warden was kind, patient, and took time to explain everything about my upcoming implant procedure, making sure I understood each step. That really eased my fear of dentists and pain. The lady who handles insurance was just as amazing — she clearly explained my coverage and what my portion would be, answering every question without ever getting frustrated. Dr. Warden and his entire team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery to anyone needing implants or other services. They’re simply the best!

I went to Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery on Monday, February 16th, 2026 to have two front teeth extracted. I arrived for my 8:15 AM appointment a little early and was taken back shortly thereafter for my consultation. The consultation was fairly brief, but thorough. After the consultation X-rays were taken and I was taken to the room where the procedure would take place. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and upbeat. Dr. Mark Hardison then came in and numbed me up. Once he began the procedure, it was done with quickness and professionalism. I was given instructions, both oral and written, as to what to do and what to expect in the following hours and days after the surgery. In my estimation, I don’t see how I could have had a more positive experience for a procedure that most people consider very unpopular. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Mark Hardison and his professional staff should you need oral surgery!

Went to get my top 2 wisdom teeth removed.everybody in the building was nice to me , it was very easy to schedule , simple and fast procedure. I am healing great i definitely recommend Dr warden he did a great job as well as his associates. They did so good apparently I didn’t want to leave. “Let’s party” hahahaa THANK YOU !!!!!
