I have been going to this dentist for many years. On my arrival I was met with a new hygienist. I would have appreciated if they had notified me of this change. I was not pleased I found her rude in a hurry and not listening to what I had to say. She really needs to be more understanding . As far as the procedure it was okay not what I was expecting. I also saw the doctor for another procedure she was wonderful as was her assistant. This is the type of service that I expect.

Middlesex dental care is always so friendly. I'm very nervous when I go see a dentist, but they make me feel so comfortable and do a great job. !!

My first visit was way beyond my expectations; I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time and everyone there were extremely kind and compassionate, and did everything possible to make my experience pleasant and not fearful at all, highly recommend this office!

Avoid this practice! They used to be decent but the old dentist has retired and now they are sending you all over CT to get expensive imaging done (out of pocket) before they do any work on your teeth. They do not make any quick decisions even though your teeth are deteriorating. To get a simple crown done they will be sending you to Madison, Old Saybrook to have multiple unnecessary scans done which will cost you about $500 out of pocket, and they do not care if you don’t have that amount or have no means of transportation, they refuse to work on your teeth until specialists in other towns ok the procedure. Those appointments take months to get and you will lose all your teeth by the time they agree to fix them. Horrible, incompetent and lazy.

Good service, ambiance.
Could friendlier and speak more clearly/slowly for old, deaf people like me.
I don’t like having a suction hose in my mouth the entire time. I wish they had a sink to rinse.
