I came here the other day and the staff was amazing. I am a person that has alot of anxiety. Half through my visit I got very anxious and the person the was taking care of me make me feel comfortable and overall just gave me a second to relax and take a second. I would highly recommend coming here, everyone was so friendly.

Middleton Family Dentistry is by far the most compassionate and caring dental office I have experienced in Fort Wayne. I have struggled for the past 10 years trying to find a fair, transparent and supportive dentistry. The poor experiences and dental work I have had in the past with other practices in Fort Wayne have increased my overall anxiety towards the dentist. Middleton has taken such good care of me, that I look forward to attending my appointments and seeing familiar faces. I had my first cleaning in June as a new patient with Darcy. She was attentive and very friendly. Just a week ago, unexpectedly, I had severe dental pain. The kind of pain no one expects or plans for, but is debilitating. Middleton succeeded my expectations and was able to get me in same day at their State Blvd office. Not only were the receptionists empathetic and compassionate, they were not going to let me be in pain. They squeezed me in I had the pleasure of being with Darcy again, and received Dr. Christine Lam’s care. They did an exam on me and a root canal was necessary. They were able to get me in this past Monday. Their sense of urgency to provide me comfort meant the world to me. Monday, I had the procedure done and unfortunately was still in pain. Dr. Lam went above and beyond to get me the necessary medication and care to provide overall relief in a very uncomfortable and painful time. Dr. Lam continuously checked in on me on her own time, and provided relief for my worried mother as well. I have never felt so valued and cared for. As someone who has experienced deceptive, disrespectful, and flat out uncaring offices - Middleton is worth your time and money. All the employees are deeply knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and truly understanding. They genuinely care about their patients, and they will do everything that they can to ensure you are treated properly and that you are comfortable. Tooth pain is no joke, and I am so happy to have found an office that takes dental pain, anxiety, and relief seriously. Thank you Middleton!

I was very nervous going in but Dr. Matt was very kind and gentle and took my concerns seriously. He and his assistant took their time and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Everyone is always kind and helpful. I have seen all the dentist at one time or another and have always had a great experience with them. I would highly recommend Middleton Dentistry.

I have to give the Dupont office, and Dr. Benjamin Boswell in particular, recognition and a thank you for a job well done. Because of his thorough exam and prompt referral to an oral surgeon, an issue was caught early and was able to be addressed with minimal downtime and few issues. I owe Dr. Boswell, and Middleton Dentistry, a debt of gratitude. I strongly recommend this practice.

Just got my teeth cleaned and X-ray. I need 2 crowns. I asked about sedation and could they give me an estimate of how much more it cost than just a regular crown visit. I asked two different people for an estimate and they said that I needed to have a consultation in order to find out if I’m a good candidate and it would cost around $140 for the consultation. I’m not going to do that. I just wanted a ballpark number. That was disappointing.. Larry Hughes
