Incredible Experience from Start to Finish! Dr. Jackson and his entire team at Midtown Oral Surgery are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Dr. Jackson is extremely patient, thorough, and highly skilled. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and informative. Specifically Alma, Lexie, Hailey, Jaden, and Jennifer. They took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They truly treat you with the utmost care and respect. I walked in as a patient, but I walked out feeling like family. If you need oral surgery, do not look anywhere else. This is hands down the best team in town!

I highly recommend this team to anyone! The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and the doctor took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed during my visit. They truly made sure I understood every detail, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. I鈥檓 extremely pleased with my experience and can鈥檛 wait to have surgery with them. You won鈥檛 be disappointed!

great experience with a wisdom tooth removal. still healing but the procedure went so smooth. everyone was so nice and professional. doctor did a fantastic job at keeping me informed on everything and helping me stay calm. i can appreciate the girls who kept me laughing right before i went under. it really helped with the anxiety 馃馃

I was referred to Dr Jackson by my dentist. I went to my consultation and was greeted by two sweet young ladies at the front desk. Once I was in the back, I then had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Moore. She was bubbly, and very welcoming. Her personality is beautiful. What an asset to the office she must be. I then met Dr Jackson. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Needless to say, after my first interaction with Midtown, I am completely comfortable with my upcoming surgery.

He performs complex implant cases, including zygomatic and pterygoid implants for patients with limited upper jaw bone, along with same day fixed teeth procedures. Dr. John Roberson, DMD, is a Hattiesburg native who received his DMD from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where his training included implants, bone grafting, and reconstructive surgery. The practice's clinical team also includes Susan Mullen Shemper, DNP, FNP-C.
