The dentist, dental assistant, and receptionist were all very kind, explanatory, and compassionate. I would recommend anyone here! I used to go to the Chippewa location but stopped because they weren’t meeting my needs. I’m glad I transferred to the south location! I was in and out as fast as possible. They gave me multiple different treatment plans for what I was dealing with. They also gave me an estimate before doing the work. Thank you Midwest South!!

I had an emergency wisdom tooth abscess without insurance, and they took good care of me. The price for the exam and the extraction was extremely reasonable. The Dental Assistant James was very friendly and kept me informed and comfortable throughout my visit. I as able to save lots of money and have a good experience by choosing this dentist. Highly recommend.

The front desk lady was amazing.the assistant wth dentist rude and unprofessional the dentist was ruff on my teeth and hard to understand.when you have a 59 dallor exam and X-ray and that changes to 209 I felt I was getting taken advantage of. The account fixed the difference and was very thoughtful. While waiting to leave the assistant to dentist made rude remarks and made my experience here not to ever come back.

Nurses were amazing the dentist himself was really nice. I needed an extraction they made me really comfortable. Then it come time to do it. He numbed me, multiple times. It wasn’t working he would try to move it and nope, almost seemed like he didn’t believe me. Then he cut the tooth in half without saying a word and it was the most excruciating pain I’ve ever been in. He did it for a purpose the nurse explained afterwards that it was so he could get the numbing right on the nerve. But overall good experience, just wish I would have gotten a heads up that it was going to be the way it was.

Terrible experience, I would not recommend. I went in to get one filling as I was out of state, and I have never had worse tooth pain in my life. Despite being fully numb, I felt sharp pain during the procedure and the filling shattered randomly in my sleep less than a week after getting it. Went to a different dentist afterwards somewhere else, who said I would need a root canal due to damage from the last procedure. Never had an issue after that again, probably because I didn't come back to this place.
