I went in to change a temporary crown to a permanent one. It went great. The staff were professional and so nice. Also very knowledgeable. It went quickly and I was out in no time. I would definitely choose them again.

Well I was seen approximately 6 mths ago and told I needed a crown. Granted I hate going to the Dentist 馃様 it took a couple of months to place the crown. Immediately I felt pain in the tooth adjacent to it. The new Dentist told me I needed a root canal and sent me to an out of network Specialist which I could not afford and was not informed until the day before the appointment. I called back Midwest dental upset because now I believed I had an infection. They saw now it's been 6 months of waiting my tooth is actually fractured and infected no root canal. I can't get in with an Oral Surgeon for another 2 months. Plus it's the tooth adjacent to the one that they put the crown in. I think 馃 perhaps 2 stars might be too much for this situation!
