I'm a little disappointed to have to write this review. I have been a happy client for around 2 years at this location, but recently had a dental emergency.
In reaching out the earliest I was able to get an appointment was just over three weeks away. As I needed assistance sooner, I contacted one of the other MidWest Dental locations and received a call back as they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get my issue handled.
When calling Midwest Dental - Green Bay East to give them the courtesy of letting them know I no longer needed the mid-March appointment (more than 3 weeks away); I was told that as I went elsewhere I would have to transfer my information as they would no longer be accepting me as a client.
I find it incomprehensible that since I was able to find help more quickly that my business was no longer welcome at their location for the Midwest Dental - Green Bay East office.
Follow-up after the business reply:
I called and was put on hold then given to the same representative that told me my business was no longer welcome.
Please do not ask people to call if they are going to be told that since I sought emergency dental work elsewhere I'm no longer a valued client. That is pointless and a waste of everyone's time.

Dr. Gonzalez was very thorough in her exam and her assistant, Jan, was great setting me at ease. I’m nervous about dental work and their demeanor made it easy for me. Great Job!

I cannot say enough good things about Vicky. She is always so kind and understanding. I have permanent retainers on my upper and lower front teeth placed in a way that makes it very difficult to near impossible to floss under them. Therefore, most times when I come in, those areas are pretty tender, but she makes me comfortable by always putting numbing gel to ease the pain. I used to be more fearful coming to the dentist, but she makes it so much more manageable and I’m so thankful. It’ll be a devastating day when she retires! Vicky, you’re the best!

Dr. Laurel Gonzales and her assistant Katie provided phenomenal care for my first exam. Their ability to thoroughly educate and put me at ease was remarkable. A wonderful team!

I wanted to write about what a wonderful job Dr. Rosales has done dealing with my dental issues. He has been professional, compassionate, and very kind. His assistant, Morgan did a great job, getting everything ready, and was very nice. I am very pleased with the whole team at Midwest. The smiling staff up front took care of me right away, and were friendly and professional. Thank you Midwest Dental, Green Bay East.
