I had a mostly ok visit. I was at the downtown office. Most of the staff were friendly. I felt the dentist herself lacked warmth and empathy. I feel her bedside manners could have been better. I still would recommend them.

My family and I have been going to this dentistry for about five years now and we are so happy that we chose Midwest Dental on Copeland Ave in LaCrosse. From the time you walk in, until the time you leave, you are treated very well as a valued patient and the staff is very thorough about your care. We are very pleased about our experiences at Midwest Dental.

The staff was absolutely amazing! I was greeted extremely quickly and professionally once I arrived by the front office staff, Stephen and Marci! The dental hygienist and Doc. Collins were outstanding. They answered every question and concerns I had and informed me of my treatment plan and explained why. Would definitely recommended Midwest Dental- La Crosse!

I like how Dr Collins runs the place. She makes it a point to connect with her patients--like a professional mom. She picks talented staff who are warm, kind, and accommodating. Makes going to the dentist a rare delight.
