What a great experience! At 29, I had all my teeth pulled out and recieved dentures from the midwest that closed down. That place was horrible. I was sent off to the midwest on the north side of La Crosse. That place also wasnt great. They'd always have me wait a week to get an adjustment done and then tell me, "next time you can just come right away" but then tell me they cant do it next day when I called a different time. This location tho.....top tier. Ive came in 2 times for adjustments. Its always been the very next day! First time was a great experience. Today was even better though. The gal that did my adjustment was super concerned about how much adhesive I was using. Told me i need to get them relined (something the other dentist told me I wouldn't need nor did they explain it) she explained it would fit was better, I would use less adhesive and itd be much more comfortable. Not only that, but she suggested a better type of adhesive that would be beneficial for my personally. Normally, im just another person just being rushed out the door, but this place is so much better than the other locations! Five stars all the way

Great experience during my visit. The team was very welcoming and caring. I was especially glad to meet one of the permanent dentists, Dr. Zoma. The experience was completely pain-free and very comfortable. She gave me time to take breaks in between, especially because I have a small mouth and a gag reflex, and she was very patient with me. Her assistant—sorry I forgot her name—was also very caring and gentle. I was also impressed by the permanent hygienist, Kris, during my first visit; she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I will definitely be coming back.

Called them to get my wisdom tooth removed and they got me in right away and the extraction went great. Everyone there was pleasant to deal with! Highly recommended!!

Chris is the best hygienist that I have had and I am 66 years old! Very personable and professional. Explained procedure thoroughly and let me know what to expect when completed. Love, love her!

When dentist comes in to do their exam, they speak to hygienist not to patient, often using terms I don't understand. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, so maybe it's their protocol. But im the one paying the bill and need to understand treatment plans.
