My experience was amazing at this last appointment. My hygienist was Fen and quickly I realized that she treats her career more than a job, and is very passionate about her work and helping people. She took the time to explain to me how to improve my gum health to prevent my gum health from getting worse. I’ve had experiences with hygienists just sharing “you need to floss more”, but not providing practical ways to help, or educating their patients on why it’s important to prioritize oral care, and the dangers of not doing so. Some hygienists may assume that their patients know the facts, but I loved how Fen explained thoroughly what I need to give more attention to in my teeth/gums, because some hygienists seem to talk to the dentists about the fine details instead of including their clients in those details. The last dentist I went to in my hometown tracked data on my gums, so I really appreciate that she does that as well, so she can track if my gum health is getting better or worse. She’s also very friendly!

Always been taken in in a timely manner! All the cleanings I’ve had there have been excellent. I haven’t really had any experience with the dentist yet except to just make sure everything is OK with my teeth. They seem very nice though.

Just had a tooth extraction less than an hour ago, still numb with a mouth full of gauze and felt the need to write this review asap to make sure I didn’t forget to! Can’t praise Dr. Spurgeon highly enough! He did an amazing job and had me in and out in what I feel had to have been 20 minutes or so! No pain whatsoever and it ended up being just an extraction, no drill, no surgery which is amazing cause there was literally almost no tooth left to work with! Also want to say that Amy at the front desk is amazing! She makes sure to get you set up with what you need and several times now has worked to get me fit in on short notice! She also answers any questions you have and is very knowledgeable about the insurance part of it all and makes sure you know what you’re getting yourself into and what your options are! I didn’t catch the dental assistants name but she was wonderful throughout the whole process, pleasant to talk to and reassuring afa the process and making sure you’re comfortable and taken care of throughout, wish I would’ve caught her name so I could have dropped it in this review but I will say she was great and their staff as a whole are all great as well! I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, as most people aren’t, but I will say when you have a team like this it makes the whole experience a more pleasant one and it’s a lot easier to go in knowing you’re in good hands! Thanks again!

I strongly advise against going here. My experience was extremely negative:
1. Poor dental work – They fixed one tooth but damaged another, forcing me to return and pay again.
2. Unfair billing practices – They charged me in full on the day of the visit, then sent another bill demanding more payment.
This feels deceptive and exploitative. Please read carefully before booking an appointment — I do not recommend them.
Update: Response to the comment below
1. I went to the office and paid all my bills in full.
2. I spoke on the phone the other day.
3. I also sent an email.
Despite trying three different ways to resolve the issue, my concerns have still not been addressed.
