I had a tooth pulled and 2 roots left holes into my sinus cavity. Dr Singh was able to get me in, assessed, and then complete the necessary procedure to close those holes. The entire staff is caring and welcoming. They did a great job of explaining the process required for the surgery and the payment. They made me feel welcomed when other oral surgeons in Ft Wayne were saying, "Sorry no appointments for the next two months. My follow-up care has been excellent and I felt as if I mattered. I would not hesitate to return if I should require oral surgery in the future.

Probably the WORST experience I've ever had with office staff. If you want to schedule good luck! First scheduling was "fine" although she seemed annoyed to be DOING HER JOB. Actually made me cry today though. Had to reschedule due to THEM rescheduling ME and because it was "day of" the staff member taking my call got really snippy. Just said "your next appointment is x" (either 5 or 6 months out from now) and when I asked for the wait-list said "no you cancelled day of" really mean. As I was asking to clarify if my appointment was in June or July, she hung up mid sentence on me. I'm finding somewhere else even if I have to pay out of pocket. I am NOT getting treated like this. If the office staff is this rude, I don't want that doctor ANYWHERE NEAR ME!!! And you shouldn't either.

MOMS is a horrible oral surgery group, they are unorganized, didn't file my insurance until 2 months after my surgery, I had to call my own insurance and get everything squared away, they have no idea what they are doing. I just had a post op appt for my jaw surgery I had in December, they stated I was free to go but I stayed to ask about my reimbursement due to insurance paying them on 4/22, he was up at the front and told me that they would work on it, I then wanted a print out of my statement and they said I was being charged 60 dollars for today's post op visit! They are greedy and distasteful, if I would have just left I wouldn't have been charged anything but he saw me have a refund after we paid $3200 out of pocket upfront. DO NOT GO THERE!

Recently got my wisdom teeth removed here Overall the team was very kind and caring. I have bad anxiety they helped me feel so much better. Dr. Singh even called me after surgery to check in and see how I was doing.

If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD ! I was told that because I have Medicaid, Medicaid doesn’t cover going under anesthesia so they would have to send a medication to the pharmacy that I would have to take a hour prior to my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled in September that I wait months for & they never sent the medication until 30 minutes before my appointment so the doctor said I would have to rescheduled. They rescheduled my appointment for January 5th @9:30am NEVER sent the medication again so I called up there and she said she was going to send it waited 20 minutes nothing went again then she says the doctor said that I wasn’t able to come and not to reschedule me again. Makes no sense !
