My daughter was supposed to have surgery here. I put 1300.00 down as I was told insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of a chain and bracket. I was okay with that. Once insurance told them they were paying for it and my secondary insurance was covering anything that wasn’t covered by my primary insurance they then requested an additional 1700.00 before I could even schedule my daughter’s surgery. I took my daughter elsewhere with no issues at all. I requested a refund weeks ago for the 1300.00 I already paid them and have yet to receive it. Every single time I call I get told the lady that deals with that is out of the office. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to be robbed of your money!!!

Harassing me for a balance bill and then charging me more on top of it. My insurance paid them what they were owed, with the write off per the insurance. They are now trying to break the surprise billing act of 2020 because "doesn't the dr deserve to be paid". Sure....but $525 for him to look at my son and say "well they're baby teeth they'll fall out anyway" after a face trauma in Parkview ER. $525 for a "consult" and I wasn't provided a choice who saw my som as we were in the ER. I now have to go back and forth with my insurance company to fight with them. Next "bill" will be turned into the AG office at state level because I'm tired of the back and forth.

Maxillofacial and Doctor Treasure were incredibly kind and easy to work with. They were flexible and quick with my crazy schedule. I had an infected wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I am here as a student, so I do not have a dentist in the area. They were super easy and patient, even with a new patient. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.(Even remembered my name before my appointment!). They were also so understanding of my incredible lateness for a last minute appointment. I was still able to get in the same day. The surgery itself was super fast and I already feel ten times better.
PS to the nurse who I rambled at for five minutes thank you for being so patient :)

In March, my oldest son had his wisdom teeth removed. We had a positive experience with the practice. Everyone was very professional and helpful. There were no complications and the surgery went smoothly. My youngest son is due to have his wisdom teeth taken out this summer. We will be taking him to Midwest Oral Surgery. Thanks for the great work.

After Rescheduling my Appointment 3 times with my Oral Surgeon, we finally got in for my tooth extraction. Not only did I not get the appropriate time for the Anastasia Pill to take effect but the Nurses and Doctor were rough and reckless with the IV in my arm. No Oxygen Mask. And the Surgeon was extremely rude and careless.

About Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery serves patients in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area who are exploring dental implant options. As an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, the office works alongside a patient's general dentist to plan implant placement, taking into account jaw bone structure and overall oral health before recommending a treatment path.
Beyond implant surgery, the practice provides other oral surgery services commonly needed before or alongside implant treatment, such as bone grafting to build up the jaw and wisdom tooth removal. Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery operates multiple offices in the Fort Wayne area, and patients typically begin with a consultation to discuss their dental history, goals, and candidacy for implants before any surgery is scheduled.
