had an excellent experience with Dr. Kerby Jr and his entire team. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Jordin, Carlos, and Lupe were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire root canal process.
Dr. Kerby Jr explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful procedure feel smooth and comfortable. The team checked on me consistently and made sure I was at ease. I truly appreciate their patience and compassion. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Millenium Dental Center. The front desk staff was so welcoming and I was seen exactly on time. Dr. Salama was very nice and he took the time to explain my tooth issue and my X-rays. I had a painless experience. The office is clean and high-tech. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Whoever is behind the texting system for appointments needs a refreshment on good customer service. Very rude, sent passive aggressive texts when I questioned them on a statement I was confused on. I have an out of state Real ID but I also have my California one, so I was told to upload my California one even if it was not my current and for the appointment I would need a current California ID. They said to upload the ID, mind you being snarky in the text messages. Because I questioned a statement from the beginning, they answered that they were not a good fit. So I asked if i was going to proceed with uploading my California ID so I stop wasting my time. To then receive a message saying "No unfortunately, your identification does not comply with the policies set in place by the Governor of the state of California. You will need to find an office that doesn't abide by those policies."
Very unprofessional. If that was true, why not say that from the beginning of my interaction. Why mislead me by saying for the consultation the expired California ID would suffice then backtrack. Rubs me the wrong way when business display dishonesty.
I'm seeing it as a blessing because I would not want to be under anesthesia, in a vulnerable state, with a business that provides that kind of treatment to their potential clients. However, I am writing this to warn anyone to be careful. The treatment received was uncalled for and I would highly highly suggest for anyone to not waste your time with them as I wasted my whole morning going back and forth with them. Customer Service is visibly lacking.
EDIT: Saying I'm unprepared when that policy you're "upholding" was not told to me from the beginning. Initially said to upload my expired ID, I told them I had the ID and would upload but because they didn't like that I was questioning a first statement made, they're got petty and used that as an excuse to not see me. But like I said I wouldn't want to be in the care of such unprofessional, immature dental "business".
And revealing my insurance policy online is a HIPAA violation BTW. You really should update yourself since you want to abide by the "policies set in place by the Governor of California."

I had an amazing experience during my root canal, and that’s all thanks to my dental assistant, Jordin. He made the entire visit go so smoothly and was incredibly outgoing and friendly from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. His help made what could have been a stressful appointment an amazing experience. We definitely need more dental assistants like him!

Came in for a consultation for a root canal. Great and friendly staff, everything was done at a good pace. Dr. Alkhalayleh and Jordin were both very helpful and kind, I was thoroughly informed of my future procedure and necessary medications. All my questions were answered and I felt more secure going home. Thank you Millenium Dental!
