Comfortable experience from Dr Qaisi. Had 4 3rd wisdom teeth removed, 2 were impacted. Stitches were very clean and I felt confident leaving the operation. 2 weeks later I was back to 90%, about 6 weeks to 100%.

I had the pleasure of having my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Qaisi, and it was the best experience I could have asked for. I was very nervous and anxious going in, but Dr. Qaisi and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The assistants who helped during my visit was also wonderful. They explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my post-operative instructions. I truly believe I wouldn’t have had such a positive experience anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care, patience, and professionalism.

Dr. Mohammed Qaisi is an exceptional oral surgeon in the field of cancer research and recovery. This includes every step of the process-starting from a complete diagnosis of the cancer to the surgery, recovery and post op follow ups. There was consistent observation combined with the warm, concerned approach devoid of being overwhelming to help maintain confidence and stability throughout the process. From common to the most rare cancer types (tongue cancer), encompassing in-depth expertise in preparation, consultation and extensive surgery procedures makes Dr. Qaisi the best recommendation for a Oral-Head & Neck Oncology/ Microvascular Surgeon. I found this oral surgery place because my dentist recommend recommended them. 10 out of 10! The office is very clean. It’s in a very beautiful location, but overall the service is top-notch. Dr. Quasi Apologies if I spelled it incorrectly. It’s very patient and very thorough. All of the dental assistance are very kind. My overall experience was really nice. I had my dental implant taken out and bone grafting. I can honestly say I’m very happy with the work and overall, it was a good experience.

*Please Read* This has been, hands down, my worst experience with a healthcare provider. Never have I ever experienced a practice be more inconsiderate of my time and money than this place. Millennium Park Oral Surgery Stat Sheet: - Waited 4+ hours before being finally seen - $1000s left for me to pay, due to misleading communication of insurance coverage (seemingly shared by other reviewers) - 1 hour of office admin deflecting about how this is my problem and not theirs Not only will you wait 2 hours each appointment to be seen... But, the front desk lady will take your information and speak confidently about what your insurance will cover, knowing full well you will be billed in full later. And then, gaslit that she had told you everything from the start. While this office is home to a few qualified oral surgeons, every other aspect of how this practice is run detracts from their care. When thinking about whether to reward this practice with your time and business, I would ask, "Why bother?" Save yourself the headache.
