This is my 2nd review post attempt. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not send a referring to this office. in my opinion Dr. Wallock should just retire. No bedside manner, or maybe he's just a man of few words. I personally like to feel safe with any provider. One of the front desk clerks did a poor job of scheduling the extraction. I scheduled a tooth extraction and when I arrived the front desk clerk said that I needed a referral. That is when I should have left, you do not need a referral for a tooth extraction. Luckily, a dental assistant over heard and said they could do the extraction. Wallock walks into the room , he thought it was just a consult, this was the sign that I should have left. He agreed to do the extraction. He caused me a lot of pain by not letting the topical gel work, he immediately inserted the needle following the topical application. Causing so much pain. I feel that he rushed because he thought it was just suppose be a consult and left shortly after I did, I saw him outside. I've had several oral procedures and I have never had any issues during or after. Following this appointment with Wallock I had a few trips to urgent care to find out that the there was an infection in the area the tooth was extracted. I contacted the Milwaukee Oral Surgery & Implants and Wallock prescribe medication. Fast forward, has I healed I felt something protruding from my gums where the tooth was extracted. I called to come back to have, what I thought was a piece of tooth that was left during the extraction removed. During that appointment even scheduling the staff at Milwaukee Oral Surgery & Implants acted like that was normal. It caused be a great deal of pain, time, and missed work because Dr. Wallock left a piece of tooth or chipped bone(is what the assistance said it was after he removed it). I let them all know that whichever it was, it should not have been left in my mouth. Dr. Wallock removed the chipped bone/tooth fragment and initially tried without any anestectics, then topical(he doesn’t give time to work), eventually he did use the injection anestectics and that was verrrry painful, he offer no comfort. I stuck it out, he removed the tooth/bone. Never an apology for leaving it there in the first place nor was I ever informed that that could happen. If my primary dentist office did tooth extractions I would have never had to go through this oral horror.

I had a back tooth extracted. It went great and so fast I was stunned. In and out in 30 min and Dr Triggs' staff were so kind.
