The staff and Dr. Triggs are excellent. Caring, informative and genuine. The procedure was so easy and there was no discomfort! I’m so glad I finally followed through with my surgery. My teeth look great and I feel so positive about them! Thank you for everything!!

My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed, and everything went very smoothly! Dr. Triggs and his assistant, Alyssa, were wonderful. They made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and excellent care. Highly recommend!

The staff at this facility was wonderful! Everyone I worked with from making the appointment itself to aftercare after the procedure was phenomenal. Friendly, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable and informative about their part in the process. We highly recommend Milwaukee Oral Surgery and Implants

We recently brought our 16-year-old in for a wisdom teeth consultation, and overall the experience was positive. The front desk staff was friendly, the office was very clean, and everything felt well run. The assistant who took the X-rays was especially kind and helpful—she made my son feel comfortable and explained things clearly. Where things fell a bit short for us was during the consultation with the nurse practitioner. The interaction felt somewhat scripted and not very personalized. I intentionally let my son take the lead in asking and answering questions so he could be part of the process, and he did great. My main concern was that the discussion around sedation options felt limited. We were essentially presented with being awake or fully knocked out, without much explanation of other possible options or a clear breakdown of pros and cons. It would have been helpful to have a more thorough conversation so we could make a fully informed decision. The ultimate decision came down to what my son wanted. Overall, it’s a clean, professional office with a good team, but a more engaging and informative consultation experience would make a big difference.

I had a great experience with Dr. Midtling. He helped diagnose an oral issue I was dealing with and took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, as well as how to properly care for and heal the infected area. I also want to recognize Alison T. for her help in quickly setting up and scheduling my last-minute appointment. Thanks to her coordination and Dr. Midtling’s willingness to make time to see me, I was able to get the care I needed without delay. Overall, excellent care and support from the entire team—highly recommend.
