About Mini Dental Implants

Mini Dental Implants in Eagle River, Wisconsin is the mini implant focused practice of Potrykus Family Dentistry, located at 213 North Railroad Street in the Northwoods. The office uses mini dental implants to help hold loose dentures in position, to replace individual or multiple missing teeth, and in some cases to replace a full arch of teeth. According to the practice, the mini implant procedure is less involved than conventional dental implants, usually requiring no surgical flaps or sutures, and can often be completed in a single dental appointment at a fraction of the cost of larger conventional implants. Financing options may also be available.

Care starts with a consultation that includes a review of your medical history, gum measurements, and x-rays, and the practice offers a free consultation to help you learn whether you are a candidate. For patients with loose full or partial dentures, four to six mini implants can be placed in one visit using only local anesthesia, and the existing denture is retrofitted to snap onto the implants for immediate use. The practice describes its staff as specially trained in mini implant treatment and says its primary focus is patient comfort and a stress-free experience. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with Fridays by appointment.
