I have an intense fear of the dentist after a botched dental procedure many years ago at another dentist. I had a filing fall out, breaking some of my molar off with it. I called Mint Condition on Monday and got an appointment for the next day. The entire emergency appointment went so quickly and smoothly. The dental assistant/hygienist listened to my concerns and past history and why I’m apprehensive about seeing a dentist. Dr. Baugus was kind and gentle. We made a plan to put a crown on my tooth. He explained everything in detail and I felt really great leaving the appointment. Thank you guys for listening to your fearful patients, and letting them be heard.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with them! I had a filling break and while I wasn’t in pain, they were able to get me in the next morning to figure out what’s going on! I had to get a crown, and they scheduled me as soon as I was available and quickly got it done! The dentist was very thorough in helping talk me through everything and did a very thorough job on the crown! He was also very gentle, as the crown stopped hurting less than 12 hours after placement! I highly recommend them, especially if you’re someone whose fillings or crowns always hurt after placement! That was me for the longest time, but they did such a great job that I didn’t have that issue anymore!

Got a crown/onlay/partial crown done here about a year ago and felt it come loose while chewing gum. I called them to schedule an EMERGENCY appointment and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get me in until the end of the week. Mind you, leaving a crown not intact can lead to tooth decay and make the issues WAY WORSE. Once I told them it was a restoration of their work they were able to get me in the next day. Well, I go in and the dentist tells me it isn’t the onlay causing me the issue. He tried to say it was a prior filling I got done somewhere else and told me it would be $200 to fix it. I walked out so I could see if anything got worse or if I was just nervous about my tooth for no reason. Fast forward to today (about a week from when the crown initially came loose) It starts fully falling off. So I call the pullman office again and get told there is nothing wrong with my crown that was ACTIVELY FALLING OUT OF MY MOUTH and that they couldn’t tell me if they would cover the costs over the phone and couldn’t get me in until next week. Which would’ve been 4 days of an exposed nub tooth. Luckily, the colfax office was great and got me taken care of the same day. While I was sitting in their lobby the crown fully popped off and a picture of it in my hand was sent to the Pullman office. They covered my $64 bill but I have yet to receive an apology for their carelessness in this matter that could’ve led to even more serious pain or a dead tooth for me if left untreated. I had to get 2 days off work for this crown and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them and tried to get more money out of me when they already overcharged for the crown to be put on in the first place. If you’re going to go to any Mint Condition, i’d recommend the Colfax office.

They were so wonderful to me. They treat their patients very well. Every point of service from my initial call/intake/check in everything all the way through was awesome. Painless X-rays. Very kind, knowledgeable & fun staff. Handsome doctors. Did not judge me for being long overdue and accepted me even though I don’t have insurance. Very affordable reasonable payment options as a cash patient! Felt more like a trip to the spa than the dentist, can’t wait to go back for my whitening! 🤍

I got 2 crowns from this dentist office in the summer of 2023. I had previously had 2 silver crowns from when I was younger that were only supposed to be temporary, but I never got them removed. Everyone was nice, but also very concerned/ showing judgement towards the fact that I had left them on for so long but were excited to help me. They shaved both teeth completely down to where there was no more discolored or black/dead tooth left and popped the crown over the top. Fast forward 2 years, I’m eating and one of the crowns just completely falls off. Not only did it just fall off, when crowns are supposed to last 5-15 years, but the tooth underneath was extensively decaying. Essentially meaning the crown wasn’t placed correctly or doing what the whole point of having a crown place is, to protect the tooth. I now live out of state, but I was extremely disappointed when I was told there’s nothing that they can do for me. If you don’t plan on living in Pullman forever, I wouldn’t reccomend in anyway, shape, or form, going to this dentistry. They didn’t even ask to see the recent xrays, all I got was “The dentist looked at your x-rays from when the crown was placed 2 years ago and it’s up to standards”. Yet a crown that is supposed to last for 5-15 years, fell off in 2 with incorrect placement and lack of protection, which again, is the main point of the crown. Hopefully they can look into how they can help their patients when situations like this happen, as the lack of empathy or care has lead me to make this review.
