+100 ⭐️ I walked into this office carrying the fear from a previous horrifying experience with a dentist many in the community sadly refer to as “the butcher.” My trust was shaken, my nerves were high, and I honestly didn’t know if I could sit in another dental chair again. But from the very first hello, everything changed. The front desk welcomed me with warmth. The staff moved with patience and reassurance. The dentist treated me with gentleness, dignity, and genuine compassion. No rushing. No coldness. Just careful, intentional care that made me feel human again. And the SAME-DAY service? An absolute blessing. In a moment when I truly needed help, they showed up for me. They didn’t just treat my tooth 🥹 they restored my faith in dentistry. If you are scared, hurting, or recovering from a bad experience somewhere else, THIS is the place that reminds you good providers still exist ❤️ Forever grateful.

Everyone was so nice from entering the door. Dr. Iverstine was very informative and wonderful chairside manor. His assistants were very friendly and engaging…making me comfortable with my procedures. Can’t say enough good things about everyone, including Emily at checkout.

I’m a foster parent in Adams county. I has been taking children here from years. I had a terrible experience being a women of God!! My appointment was 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:50. I asked one of the workers ; at 10:15 when will we be waited on? I have to be at work for 11:00 because I been here sitting over a hour!! She stated it will be awhile. I said you all have over 12 people in the office as I speak !! You all are over booked. She turned around after turning her back on me, and said we aren’t!! With a frown on her face!! I said I never seen this many people in here!! She went and got the offline manager and she told me out loud in front of every one leave and we couldn’t come back!! I told her out loud like she did me this isn’t the only Denist in the state of Mississippi. They never speak when you have to speak first at all time. A non- friendly institution. You never see any black employees there; out of the ten years I been going. It’s okay but make all patients feel comfortable. I never feel comfortable since I have been going there. It was okay because they took my foster kids insurance. On this day the office was over booked!! With no concern of the patient. They sent me a letter the next day stating they no longer needed our insurance funds!! Well that’s okay because I have seen enough!! They have her the medication when I said we have been here over an hour!!

Miss Lou Dentistry is absolutely wonderful! The staff is so kind, patient, and gentle with my daughters. They always take the time to make sure the girls are comfortable and understand what’s going on. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’m so thankful for how positive and stress-free they make every visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist for themselves or their kids.
